Sure Previous Years &amp; Months are closed before making these Changes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">After making these changes No Auto Calculation of previous Months should be done i.e. June 2023 &amp; Prior Months.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>National Housing Development Levy<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to Pay Master<\/li>\n<li>Goto a Setup a Payroll Setupaclick payroll settings Levy Calculation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>On<strong> Enable NHDF Levy <\/strong>field, mark the checkbox<\/li>\n<li>Under Employee\/Employer,\n<ul>\n<li>NHDF Levy Employee (%) should be <strong>1.5%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>NHDF Levy Threshold Employee should be <strong>00 Ksh<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>NHDF Employer Chargeable On: select <strong>Gross<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;21&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Setup Rounding<\/h2>\n<p>It is advisable to set Upward Rounding for National Housing Development Levy as mentioned in following screenshot<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to Pay Master<\/li>\n<li>Goto Setup \u00e0 Payroll Setup\u00e0 click Rounding<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone NHDL at Employee Level, To Enable NHDL for all Employees follow these steps<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to Pay Master<\/li>\n<li>Goto Employee \u00e0 Employee details (Step 1 in Screenshot)<\/li>\n<li>Select Employee (Step 3 in Screenshot)<\/li>\n<li>Scroll to Statutory Deduction<\/li>\n<li>Enable \u201cApply NHDF\u201d by ticking it (Step 5 in Screenshot)<\/li>\n<li>Click
